This program is one of the programs that recognizes the success of a teenager in achieving their goals after facing challenges. The concept of this awards program aims to build young people so that they become active and responsible citizens in contributing to the general society. It is also one of the balanced volunteering programs, without any form of competition that emphasizes the elements of capacity building, self-reliance, perseverance, responsibility, and community service.
