Offer laboratory services including analysis and screening for chemical compounds, toxicology and forensics, endocrine-disrupting chemical study, microbiological analysis, animal study, and environmental and occupational health research.

Analysis and Screening for Chemical Compounds:

The laboratory performs various chemical analyses to screen and identify chemical compounds present in various types of samples that may include drug and pharmaceutical products, plant extracts, biological, environmental, foods and water.

Toxicology and Forensics:

Toxicological studies on source of poisoning. This includes also analysis of pesticides, contaminants in food, drinks, drugs, traditional medicine, air, and water.

Endocrine Disrupting Chemical Study:

We offer services to detect Endocrine-disrupting chemicals in environmental samples, foods, and cosmetic products. Currently, Malaysia is one of the most active countries after japan and Korea in EDC research.

Microbiological analysis:

Provide services to detect and identify microorganisms present in environmental samples, foods, pharmaceutical and cosmetic products; challenge test to determine the efficacy of microbial inactivation of products; detect and identification of the source of contamination in the food manufacturing environment.

Animal Study:

• Provides teaching and training in the proper care and use of research animals.

• Provide a wide array of animal husbandry and housing services to researchers

• Supply healthy laboratory animals for research and teaching.

• Rental of post-mortem tables for animal’s workshop.

• Provide customized animal testing services to researchers, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, particularly for R&D and product development purposes.

Environmental and Occupational Health Research:

Detection of workplace pollutants and contaminations, especially toxic materials.
